How to make spinach and beef salad

Morning glory bought and picked up all the leaves, just take the stem, washed and split into small strands of water spinach and then soaked in water so that the vegetables have a beautiful green color and shrink. Soak water spinach for about 10 minutes, then take out to drain.

Beef washed, brought into thin slices for a separate bowl. Marinate beef with a little pepper, minced garlic onion, fish sauce, seasoning seeds, sugar, cooking oil and mix well to absorb the spices, let marinate for about 10 minutes.

Onions peel off the outer crust, wash, cut. Then, add the onions to a bowl of vinegar-infused water to reduce the pungent smell of the onion. Pick up herbs, wash them, take them out to the basket to drain, then chop the vegetables. Capsicum remove seeds, finely cut into separate cups.


Place a pan on the stove, heat in oil and add minced garlic and onion to the golden scent. Then, quickly add the marinated beef to the island, make sure to cook the beef over high heat so that the beef is evenly cooked. When the beef is just cooked, turn off the heat and lift the pan. You should not cook the beef for too long, it will make it very chewy.

Mix salad water. You take 2 tablespoons of water, 1 teaspoon of oil, 1 teaspoon of chopped shallot, 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 half teaspoon of salt, 1 half teaspoon of pepper and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice in the bowl, mix well, stir dissolve the spices.

Mix sweet and sour fish sauce according to the formula of 1 teaspoon fish sauce, half a teaspoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 5 teaspoons of water with a little garlic, minced chili and mix well.

Then, you put water spinach, beef, onions, herbs, sliced chili into a large pot and pour the mixed water and sweet and sour fish sauce mixed into the ingredients and mix well. After mixing, you let it sit for 15 – 20 minutes for the spice-infused salad to enjoy. When eating, you just need to put the salad on a plate and then add the roasted peanuts and smash it on the salad plate
