How to make Grilled Lobster with garlic butter

Grilled lobster with garlic butter is a combination of butter, garlic and the sweetness of the lobster all blending together to create a delicious dish with a very special flavor.

Resources:

– Lobster: 1 calf of 600 gr

Margarine: 20 gr.

Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

– Minced garlic: 2 tablespoons.

– Herbs

– 1 teaspoon of salt.

– 1 teaspoon of seasoning seeds.

– 1 teaspoon of ground pepper.

Steps to be followed:

Step 1: Lobster clean, use a sharp knife to split, take black thread. Garlic peeled and pureed. Lemon cut in half, squeezed 2 fruits to get juice, 1 left left. Lettuce, radish washed and drained. Parsley washed and finely chopped.

Step 2: Melt butter, add minced garlic, add lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and taste parsley. Put the lobsters in a large bowl, sprinkle with garlic butter and lemon juice, spoon the garlic butter, gently press on the lobster meat and the remaining lemon.

Step 3: Open the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees C, heat the oven, let the lobster bake for about 15 minutes. Take the grilled lobster with garlic butter on a plate, serve with grilled lemon, lettuce, sprout.
