Grilled eggplant with onion fat sauce is a combination of the fatty taste of onion fat, the richness of minced meat mixed with the pulp of simple but delicious eggplant. Here let’s also embark on making this dish according to this recipe
- 4 eggplants
- 200 grams of lean meat
- 100 g green onion.
- Sugar, seasoning seeds, chili, salt, fish sauce and minced garlic.
Wipe the washed eggplant dry and bake whole fruit on a charcoal stove or oven. When it’s done, cut it in half.
Minced meat is marinated with onion and spices for about 10 minutes.
