- 4 eggs
- 250 ml chicken bone broth
- 1 teaspoon of table salt
- Chopped scallions
- 10 grams of ripe sesame

Step 1: To make the dish soft like the restaurant, and the main secret is that you prepare a sieve, put the young beans in the sieve, use a spoon to squeeze the ingredients, the young beans will fall down, you will obtain a smooth and soft material.
Step 2: Eggs break into bowl, beat them. Then, filter the eggs through the sieve and pour the egg mixture obtained into the bowl of young beans sifted in step 1, mix and stir the mixture well. Pour 250ml of chicken broth into the mixture in step 2, mix well.
Step 3: Season into the mixture over 1/2 teaspoon of table salt, add scallions and sesame seeds. Divide the mixture into small bowls (do not overfill, only need 1/2 of a small bowl.
Finally, you put the egg bowls in the microwave, roast at a high temperature for about 8 minutes to have a hot steamed egg right away.
