Ingredients for broccoli shrimp oat porridge

Broccoli is washed, cut off the old leaves, then blanched.
How to cook porridge
North the pot on the stove and add 1 teaspoon of unsalted butter, when the butter is melted, add minced garlic to the fry, then add the shrimp and stir-fry until the shrimp change color.
Continue to put 500ml of water in the pot, when the water is boiling, add the oats, stir and cook for 15 minutes over medium low heat. Then add broccoli and cheese to cook for 2-3 minutes until cheese melt.
